A fee agreement is required for provision of legal services. Unlike most firms, we do not require any up front retainers provided that you agree to provide a valid credit card as security for payment of any unpaid legal fees. Our fee agreement explains the costs associated with the representation and our billing policies; however, if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to ask us during your initial consultation.
